All Saints have released their first single since 2008 this morning and its incredible.

Killing the cliché of an old band trying to salvage a career, All Saints have managed to create a chilled out pop song that could easily climb the charts very quickly.

Revealed this morning on Radio 2’s Chris Evans Breakfast Show, One Strike is the first single of the band’s new album Red Flag, due April 8.

Natalie Appleton has said: “We didn’t force ourselves into this situation and it couldn’t have happened at a better time in all of our lives. I just missed being with the girls. It makes us happy.”

Having huge hits such as Pure Shore and Black Coffee, All Saints know how to make a hit and no doubt One Strike is their latest which you can listen to below.
