Tiffany Pollard forced to remove her 'David Is Dead' shirt
The iconic television personality has been forced to remove the 'David Is Dead' item from her clothing range.
Tiffany Pollard, also known as New York since appearing on the MTV show, Flava of Love, was a housemate alongside David Gest in the 2016 Celebrity Big Brother house.
During their time in the house they found out that David Bowie had died, which spiraled out of control as Tiffany thought her friend David Gest had died instead. Hilarity ensued and has now become an iconic scene from the show, leading Tiffany to brand it onto some of the shirts in her clothing range.
However, due to the recent passing of her friend David Gest, Tiffany's management has been forced to remove the now inappropriate item from her store.
The line included a range of famous lines from the show but the 'DAVID IS DEAD!' incident took social media by storm. It is unknown at this time whether or not the item will be restocked. After finding out about David's passing Tiffany tweeted,
"i'm so sad to hear about the passing of #DavidGest.My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family..#Rip#"
