Quartered: Belfast, A Love Story returns for two days only over Pride

Brave, funny and honest; Quartered: Belfast, A Love Story is a unique audio theatre journey that illuminates a whole new side to the city. Making familiar streets seem brand new and uncovering many of the secrets the city has to offer, Quartered is an invitation to experience Belfast from a different perspective. Exploring what it means to live and love in the city as an LGBTQ+ citizen, the show opens a conversation around how gender and sexuality inform and shape how we move through our city, and how our city moves through us.

Following sold out shows at Outburst, Imagine, Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival and APAC Kabosh is delighted to bring Quartered to Belfast Pride for two days only on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd August. Shows start in the Dark Horse on Hill Street each day at 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm and 7:30pm. Ending in the Sunflower Bar, each show is limited to 6 people so please book in advance.

Tickets are £8/£5 and available at www.belfastpride.com/quartered

Testimonials

“This is both an individual and, sadly, a universal story which penetrates deep into the consciousness. It remains lodged there as the days slip away, whispering, niggling, nudging a closer awareness of streets, murals and buildings that one would unthinkingly have passed by” theevenhand.com

“I found Quartered to be a moving piece of promenade theatre… a triumph” alaninbelfast.blogspot.com
