A NORTHERN STAR TO OUR NORTHERN IRELAND...

Melanie C is back on the circuit on a 2 month 14 gig European tour for her latest Album “Version of Me”….

I have to say as a super fan of the pop sensation group “Spice Girls” I was nervous to see Melanie's gig at the Mandela Hall @ Queens. I think it’s safe to say that expectations are always touch and go when a break way star from any pop group pumps their own music into the industry, baring their heart on their sleeve, and boy was I shocked!!!

Melanie came on stage looking absolutely radiant and polished belting out song after song, to the point you look around the gig and watch everyone singing her songs and chanting at her full of support and love for the one and only Sporty Spice. Melanie gave full on live vocals, full of life and love for her music and showed complete appreciation for everyone who turned out to see the Show.

Melanie certainly has some set of pipes and her vocal capabilities were on point, the intimate gig at the Mandela catered for fans both new and old giving the audience blasts from the past including Mel’s on solo material “I turn to you” and even a revamp of one of our favourite spice girls tracks “say you will be there” left us and the rest of the audience wanting more.

Honestly if you’re a Melanie C fan or just curious to hear what this sexy minx has to offer to today’s musical world check out her new album “Version of Me” it’s unbelievable and new single “Hold On” featuring up and coming talent Alex Francis is just beautiful with its solid pitch perfect harmonies and melody.
