Taylor Swift calls out Kanye West at The Grammys

Last night saw the 58th Annual Grammy Awards unfold and it wasn’t the best Grammy show we’ve seen. From Rihanna cancelling her performance last minute, Adelle having technical problems and the entire show having a mediocre acoustic feel, there wasn’t much point in staying up to watch.

However, apart from GaGa’s tribute to the late David Bowie which undoubtedly stole the show, there was bad blood brewing all night long with Taylor Swift’s squad regarding her on-off ‘friend’, Kanye West. Taylor’s close friend, Selena Gomez, made sour faces all night any time his name was mentioned due to Kanye saying he made Taylor famous in one of his latest songs.

“I made that b**ch famous.”

Having a troubling history stretching back to the 2009 VMA’s where Kanye stormed the stage in the iconic ‘Beyoncé had one of the greatest video of all time’ moment, his latest jab went too far with Taylor retaliating and setting the record straight during her acceptance speech for Album Of The Year.

“I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way that will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame, but if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people side-track you, someday when you get where you’re going, you’ll look around and you’ll know that it was you and the people who love you that put you there and that will be the greatest feeling in the world.”

Kanye has been continuing his recent meltdown on Twitter and no doubt Taylor has already started writing a song about him.
