Renowned Therapist Blasts Toxic Diet Industry For Contributing To People’s Shame & Self-hate

May 6th is International No Diet Day and it is the date renowned therapist and best-selling author Marisa Peer has chosen to blast the diet industry and the toxic cyclical relationship it creates for people with food.

Having worked with hundreds of clients whose lives have been governed by overeating issues, helping them reach and maintain their optimal weight, Marisa Peer has decided to share her approach. Dietless Life combines the techniques she has developed over her thirty year career - just one of the USPs is using hypnosis to increase resting metabolic rate to achieve a healthy weight and redefine their relationship with food giving people a lifelong freedom from diets.
