GNI MAG fitness this issue has a look at fat loss, protein, products, and the real man. We caught up with Michael at Hybrid Fitness (click HERE to check them out) in Belfast for tips on losing a few lbs and getting our body in shape for summer by the pool...
FAT LOSS TIPS:
1 — When it comes to training and nutrition, consistency is key.
2 — Find a physical activity that you enjoy and plan around it, but make sure you’re goal driven otherwise you will find yourself running in circles.
3 — Success depends on You.
4 — Find an experienced coach
5 — If you’re not nervous about your next training session, you are doing it wrong.
6 — Find a good programme and stick to it.
7 — When training remember: The bigger the base, the taller the peak. Too many people try to work at their physical maximum, only to find it later.
8 — Mobility comes first. It doesn’t matter how big or how strong you are, if you don’t have the flexibility you’re going to do more harm than good.
9 — Replace your weights each time you use them. Trust me on this one.
10 — Earn your carbs.
11 — Eat the rainbow. No, not skittles, but loads of differently coloured veg.
